What is the best way to connect with Sketch Graphx regarding new projects?
For new projects the best way to get the process going is to request a design quote by completing the short project questionnaire. This assists us in determining the overall scope of your design request before we contact you to set up your no-cost consultation. In this regard, we prefer to schedule a time to connect with clients either by phone or via Skype to discuss their projects in greater detail. However, we are also happy to provide a general price range as well via email.
What happens after submitting the project questionnaire?
Once we have received your completed project questionnaire we will then contact you, via email, with a general price range for your project and to set up your no-cost consultation, if you chose to schedule one. Following the completion of your design consultation a formal project proposal, indicating project scope, timeline and pricing will be completed and sent to you via email for your review.
Do you charge for project proposals?
No, we do not charge for proposals on new projects.
What is the next step after accepting the project proposal?
Once the proposal has been accepted we will then move forward with finalizing the project agreement, invoicing the retainer fee (see payments section below), and scheduling your project. Additionally, you will be provided client accounts for our web-based project management and invoicing tools to facilitate stress-free interaction with us throughout the entire design process.
How fast can we get a project completed?
A projects timeline will vary depending on the overall scope of work. However, most web design projects are typically completed within six to eight weeks once work has begun. Also, please note that projects are typically completed in the order we receive them, so how far we are scheduled out and how long it will take for us to complete your project will be dependent upon our current overall workload.

Yes we do. Simply connect with us today and we’ll gladly email you our current fee schedule.
Payments
Do you require a deposit (retainer fee) upfront for work to begin?
Yes, we do require a retainer fee to be remitted for all new projects in order for the work to be scheduled and it is charged based on the scope of each specific design request. This allows for the client to retain our services therein securing our availability to provide them with design services over the course of a specific project and/or timeframe. The fee is non-refundable and is applied towards the overall cost of the project.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Clients are invoiced through Scratchpaper LLC and we currently accept payments via personal or business checks (mailing address is provided on your invoice). Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.
Services
Do you provide domain registration and web hosting services?
Yes, we can assist you with selecting, as well as, acquiring a domain name and setting up a hosting plan for your website. At the time of your free consultation we can discuss the hosting options that we offer in detail and let you choose whether you prefer for us to manage these items, or if you would like to do so yourself. In this regard, we have no requirement for the websites we design to be hosted through us.
Do you offer any other graphic design services such as logo and print design?
Yes, we offer a full range of web and graphic design services. We are more than happy to take on graphic design projects including logos, business cards, brochures, postcards, flyers, letterheads, etc. Have something else in mind? Tell us about it, and we’ll get connected and talk ideas.
